Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger was born in Austria in July 1947; he moved to the United States in October 1968 at the age of 21; his first role in a movie
was in 1970; he became a U.S. citizen in 1983. He married Maria Kennedy Shriver in 1986; they have two children; she filed for divorce in 2011 (final in 2021).
Arnold was elected Governor of California in November 2003 and served thru December 2010.
After a brief retirement, Arnold began acting again for both movies and television.
Arnold won Mr. Olympia seven times and won Mr. Universe four times
