          HarperCollins Workers Are Demanding Murdoch’s News Corp Pay Them a Living Wage HarperCollins workers, who are demanding a living wage, have been without a contract since April. On November 10, 2022, they began an open-ended strike, building off the one-day strike that they held on July 20, 2022 - The workers, who are represented by United Auto Workers Local 2110, are demanding that their contract include a living wage which accounts for inflation, and union security provisions. UAW 2110 represents some 250 HarperCollins employees.
