Page of Shame

What qualifies the State of Georgia (USA) for this Page of Shame is the long-rampant racist and fascist practice by Republican politicians and officials of voter suppression. This year they got caught red-handed. Having no scruples, the Secretary of State cancelled voter registrations of Democrats and minorities by illegal methods while manipulating the voting process to his advantage - shorter hours & fewer voting machines in minority precincts, stolen and altered and destroyed absentee ballots, voting machines that changed votes from Democrat to Republican (many instances documented on cell phone video!), and robo-calls full of racist propaganda and voting mis-information. All within the obvious conflict of interest of simultaneously running for the office of U.S. Senator: he oversaw the corruption required to steal his own election.

The government of the Republic of Georgia (formerly S.S.R) is elected through a representative democracy;
the government of the State of Georgia (USA) is racist and fascist and corrupt top to bottom.

Such billboards are intended to scare voters into staying home on election day;
there were NO billboards that warned against voter suppression or election fraud.

The people of the State of Georgia (USA) have much to be ashamed for!

Georgia! The Jim Crow State!

Now the people of the State of Georgia (USA) have even more to be ashamed for. The Georgia state legislature passed several bills in March 2021
to prevent voting by its citizens, laws so egregious that President Biden called them 'Jim Crow' laws at a press conference.

Georgia's new voter suppression restrictions include closing voting locations, shortening hours at remaining locations, making absentee ballots more difficult to acquire,
moving drop-off boxes inside at voter locations (preventing access for workers employed at 9-to-5 jobs, and shortening the days of early voting. But the inhumane restriction that
has people across the country upset is that Georgia made it a crime to give water or food to voters waiting long, long hours in line to vote; there are several groups that will test
this atrocity during the next elections in Georgia: stay tuned for video of police brutality, links will be posted here.

There is also an outcry to boycott all business or trade with the state of Georgia, including among the film & TV industry.
