Larsson was ranked second-best-selling author in the world in 2008
translator Steven Murray was not pleased with editorial changes after he delivered his English version, insisted that the book be published using the pseudonym Reg Keeland
Stieg Larsson's longtime girlfriend-roommate Eva Gabrielsson was being supported in her travails since Stieg's sudden death thru the website supportEva.com; but after publication of Eva's own book in January 2011, the site no longer requests monetary support; verbal support is very welcome, however.
