Turned out to be a huge number of cartoon shorts with anti-enemy satire and educational (both are propaganda) intentions that were made prior to and during World War II, so this page was cut away from Magic Lantern's Propaganda Film Festival Page in July 2021.

Educational propaganda covers a wide range of styles: there are the straight documentaries - 'the World's Fair is great' - to biased documentaries
- 'atomic energy is wonderful' - to the 'tell no truth' propaganda of the Nazis during World War II and of
today's Fox Faux News propaganda machine and fascist propagandist Dinesh D’Souza.

These wartime cartoon shorts are usually not your typical propaganda (i.e. mostly lies): the animators at Warner Bros. and M.G.M.
and Disney and Paramount/Famous made fun of the enemy; the racism of the times is unfortunate but mild.
